Ruthles Alcester hit Vale for 12

Alcester Town vs Castle Vale 29/09/2018

Joint managers Matt Seeley and Rich Briggs had there first home game in charge against Castle Vale.
Unfortunately Castle Vale seem to have a few problems in there camp and we’re unable to get a full side at Stratford Road until 10 minutes into the game.

Kick off was delayed 30 minutes whilst the last of Castle Vales players turned up.

When the match finally did get underway Alcester were 3-0 up inside 15 minutes thanks to goals from Tom Keogh 2 and Luke Dugmore.
Alcester went into the break 5-0 up.
After half time Alcester continued there domination and the match finished 12-0.
Goals coming from Keogh 7, Luke Dugmore 2, Debar 1, Spalding 1 and a peach of a strike from Dan Priest.

Alcester continue there winning start with the new management team.

Seeley’s thoughts - it was sad to see Castle Vale look so unorganised and disinterested. The Castle Vale of old have always been well organised and it would be a shame to lose them as a side in the Mid Comb. They have the back room staff and the management to hopefully turn the corner and start competing again.
We (Alcester) took full advantage of Castle Vale today and punished them at nearly every opportunity. It would of been easy for my lads to coast but we stuck to the task well and most of all kept a clean sheet.
